Nambaran, one of the forty-two barangays comprising the city of Tabuk in Kalinga, has a rather unusual practice when it comes to building graves for their deceased. The barangay's public cemetery features tombs built to copy particular forms and to reflect the deceased's interests or profession.
The people of Nambaran have the entire populace in suspense as to what's next in their parade of tombs designed after everyday things like shoes and transport vehicles. Ever since delivering a message through the thing the tombs resemble in the cemetery some years back, there is now a collection there which never fails to amuse visitors and passersby. Just this year, an Adidas shoe, horse and a helicopter were added. In fact, a cake is now being constructed as the All Saints' Day is celebrated.https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=NAMBARAN%20UPDATES%20AND%20VIEWS
